I share you about 7 rules. Enjoy it.
Rule1: Learn Phrases
always study and review phrases, not individual words.
always write the complete phrase.
Rule2: Don't study Grammer
if you focus too much Grammer, you always worried about your setence.
Rule3: Focus On Listening
you need listen more live English, eg. TV, Radio, websites...
learn English with your ears not your eyes.
Rule4: Learn Deeply
Repeat a lot English
Rule5: Use Point Of View Stories
try to write down points on the paper
Rule6: Use Only Real English Materials
don't use your conutry's English dictionary, use reall English
Rule7: Use Listen & Answer Stories
not listen and repeat, you can use Mini-story
After listen story, and answer the question, not repeat the story's words.

I do agree with most of them. I am just not sure what he means by Rule7 (not listen and repeat, you can use Mini-story).
