Present Perfect
S. +has / have + V (past particsiple) + O.
1)Finished actions in a time period that continus up to now. Eg. Today
2)to talk about something that happened in a period of time, up to now but the time is not know. Use: never, ever , already, yet, just, for, since, been to, how long...
3)talk about experience
Prenst Perfect often use adverrbs
For example
I’ve already finished my homework.
My parents have never taken an airplane go aborad.
Have you ever visited their house?
My son have just eaten an apple.
I haven't had time to do it yet. (negative)
I have taught for ten years.
My patents have met in 1974. (state verb)
My patents have married since 1974.
How long have you lived in Nottingham?

ReplyDeletejust a few minor corrections of your homework (don't forget to use HAVE which is always part of the present perfect):
My parents have never taken an airplane to go abroad.
My son has just eaten an apple.
I haven't had time to do it yet.
My parents have known each other since 1974. (if you wanted to use 'met' you would have to use past simple: Ma parents met in 1974.)
